Heat levels

How spicy is each product?

Mild: Salsa Verde, Salsa Chipotle and Chili Crisp Mild. Medium: Salsa Roja. Hot: Salsa Habanero and Tapatío Sriracha (18 oz and 29 oz). Extra Spicy: Chili Crisp Extra Spicy. Shop by heat.

What's the mildest option?

Salsa Verde, Salsa Chipotle and Chili Crisp Mild are all labeled Mild. Salsa Chipotle is smoky more than spicy.

What's the hottest?

Chili Crisp Extra Spicy is the hottest in the lineup. Among the salsas, Salsa Habanero is the hottest.

Storage

Do the salsas need to be refrigerated?

Yes. The labels say to refrigerate after opening.

Does Tapatío Sriracha need to be refrigerated?

Yes. Refrigerate after opening, and shake before use.

Does Chili Crisp need to be refrigerated?

No. The label says to store it in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration isn't required and can make the oil solidify. Shake or stir before using.

How long does a jar or bottle last?

Follow the best-by date printed on each jar or bottle.

Do any products contain allergens?

Tapatío Chili Crisp (Mild and Extra Spicy) contains sesame. Ingredients for every product are listed on its product page and on the label.

Where are the products made?

According to the labels, Tapatío Salsas are made in Texas, and Tapatío Sriracha and Chili Crisp are made in Thailand.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $15.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Returns

What's your return policy?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you'd like to return an unopened, unused item in its original packaging, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label. See our Return & Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

What's the difference between a single and a 2-pack?

A single is one jar or bottle. A 2-pack is two of the same product, so you can stock up.

Are these genuine Tapatío® products?

Can I buy by the case?
